AUTHENTIC NICKLE-PLATED FEATURES
In 1912, when DEKALB® Corn was just starting out,
bikes used nickel plating instead of all chrome like
they do now. That's why Paul Jr. Designs used nickel
plating for many of the details on this chopper.
-
RETRO WOOD FINISH
No, this chopper isn't made of wood. That wouldn't be safe.
Instead, this faux wood paint job was chosen to represent
the wooden agricultural crates used when DEKALB® was
created 100 years ago.
-
INSPIRED AND FUELED BY CORN
Since DEKALB® Corn has been involved in the corn industry
for the last 100 years, it only makes sense that the 100th
Anniversary DEKALB® Bike runs exclusively on E-85 fuel.
-
SOMETHING SOUND FAMILIAR?
To add to the authenticity of the 100th Anniversary DEKALB® Chopper, Paul Jr. Designs added exhaust covers just like those used on tractors.
-
CLASSIC STYLING FOR A CLASSIC BRAND
Since this commemorative chopper is celebrating DEKALB®
Corn's 100th anniversary, Paul Jr. Designs took cues from
1912 when building it. The use of the antique board-tracker
design reflects this era.
-
A SEAT ANY FARMER WOULD LOVE
When you design a 100th Anniversary DEKALB® Chopper, you don't just use any regular bike seat. You use an antique style tractor seat. And don't worry, a shock absorbing spring under it makes for a comfortable ride.

THESE WINGS CAN REALLY FLY
Eschewing traditional wheel spokes, Paul Jr. Designs opted to
use wings modeled after the wings from the DEKALB® logo.
These wings also utilized the more authentic nickel plating
instead of all chrome.
